Ubatuba Beach Car event draws 10,000 people and collects 2 tons of food

The 7th edition of the Beach Car event, held in Ubatuba from September 11 to 13, successfully drew approximately 10,000 attendees and 1,200 exhibitors despite cold and rainy weather. The automotive culture festival featured customized vehicle exhibitions, musical performances, and a food court.

In addition to its cultural focus, the event served a charitable purpose by collecting 2.25 tons of food, which was donated to the municipality’s Social Solidarity Fund. Anderson Paiva, Ubatuba’s Secretary of Tourism, noted that the event stimulated various local economic sectors, including gastronomy, hospitality, commerce, and automotive services.
