Ubatuba begins planning for Ubafolia 2027 carnival

The Ubatuba Tourism Secretariat (Setur) and carnival block representatives have begun planning for Ubafolia 2027. During an initial meeting attended by over 80% of the associations, organizers established parade departure times.

Tourism Secretary Anderson Paiva reviewed the 2026 Carnival results, identifying areas for improvement such as the use of fireworks and the deployment of sound trucks (trios elétricos). While the current plan includes two sound trucks, officials are evaluating expanding the structure to cover both the northern and southern regions of the municipality.

Future meetings will address sponsorship opportunities and logistical details, including traffic management, security, and crowd control to ensure organized festivities.
