Ubatuba hosts press trip for São Paulo gastronomic route

The Sabor de São Paulo press trip is currently promoting the Costa da Mata Atlântica and North Coast Gastronomic Route. The initiative brings journalists, influencers, and tourism agents to various locations to experience local culinary production.

Participants have visited 15 attractions across several cities, including São Paulo, São Vicente, Itanhaém, Praia Grande, Guarujá, São Sebastião, and Ilhabela. The group recently arrived in Ubatuba to visit an ice cream parlor and a traditional artisanal confectionery factory to learn about local production processes and history.

The program aims to highlight the gastronomy and tourism potential of the northern coast of São Paulo state, focusing on the growing trend of experiential travel.
