Uber and Red Cross launch annual clothing drive with Melanie C
Uber has partnered with the Australian and New Zealand Red Cross to launch its annual Clothing Drive, featuring a new campaign fronted by pop icon Melanie C. The initiative aims to encourage the donation of high-quality, pre-loved wardrobe items.
On Saturday, 17 October 2026, residents in major cities across Australia and New Zealand can use the Uber or Uber Eats app to book free courier deliveries. These services will transport donated clothing directly to Red Cross Shops. The campaign, developed by the agency Poem, uses Melanie C’s personal fashion archive to demonstrate the rewarding nature of donating memorable clothing items.
