Uberlândia business events focus on regional growth and patient experience

The Business Association of Uberlândia (Aciub) is organizing several events focused on regional economic and professional development.

On September 15, the 29th edition of Top of Mind Uberlândia S.A. will be held at the Center Convention. Co-promoted by Celso Machado Promoções, the event honors leaders, companies, and brands that contribute to the social and economic growth of the city and its surrounding region. The ceremony includes awards for the most remembered brands by consumers and a business panel dedicated to local development initiatives.

Additionally, a panel titled ‘The Patient Journey: from first contact to loyalty’ is scheduled for September 16 at Aciub. Organized by Aciub, Sebrae, and FADE, the session will discuss strategies for healthcare businesses, such as clinics and doctors' offices, to improve patient relationships. The discussion will focus on how communication, scheduling ease, and follow-up care can build trust and encourage patient referrals.
