Ubisoft announces PC requirements for Rayman Legends Retold
Ubisoft has released the official PC system requirements for Rayman Legends Retold, the remake of the 2013 platformer. The announcement has sparked debate among players due to the hardware specifications, which some consider unexpectedly high for a 2D-style game with cartoonish graphics.
Ubisoft provided four distinct configurations targeting 60 FPS using upscaling technologies like FSR, XeSS, or DLSS. The minimum requirements for 1080p at low settings include an Intel Core i3-8100 or AMD Ryzen 3 3100, a GTX 1660, RX 5500 XT, or Intel Arc A580, along with 8 GB of RAM and 33 GB of SSD space.
For 4K resolution at ultra settings, the recommended hardware increases significantly to an Intel Core i5-9400 or AMD Ryzen 5 3600, paired with an NVIDIA RTX 4080 or AMD RX 7900 XTX, and 16 GB of RAM. The game is scheduled for release on December 3.
