Ubisoft announces The Crew Motorfest Season 11 and Switch 2 release

Ubisoft has announced the launch of Season 11 for The Crew Motorfest, alongside the game’s upcoming release for the Nintendo Switch 2 on October 8, 2026. The seasonal update, designated as patch 1.25 | 1.025, introduces Year Pass 4, two new playlists—Kaua’i Expeditions and Tomb Raider: Secrets of Ni’ihau—and a new Trackforge Kit for off-road environments.

New gameplay features include the addition of seaplanes and 6-wheelers as vehicle types, a winch mechanic for certain vehicles, and an Exploration Camera for ground vehicles. Environmental updates also include the addition of wildlife and rainbows across the game world.

Regarding the Nintendo Switch 2 version, Ubisoft Ivory Tower producers confirmed the game will run at a stable 30 fps with a 1080p resolution in both handheld and TV modes. Developers emphasized that maintaining a consistent frame rate was a non-negotiable priority for the open-world racing experience. The Switch 2 version is being integrated into the existing ecosystem to ensure it receives the same updates as other platforms.
