Ubisoft job postings suggest Splinter Cell Remake is still in development

Recent job postings suggest that the Splinter Cell Remake is still actively under development at Ubisoft. Despite years of silence and rumors regarding studio closures and restructuring at Ubisoft Toronto, at least three new positions related to the project have been advertised in recent months, with two appearing within the last two weeks.

Specific responsibilities mentioned in the listings, such as a producer being tasked with delivering specific game segments on schedule, indicate that the project may be moving past its earliest stages. While the project has faced delays and uncertainty following Ubisoft's internal reorganizations, the recruitment of a producer and a lead level designer suggests a renewed momentum in the development process.
