Ubisoft releases Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced patch 1.0.6
Ubisoft has rolled out update 1.0.6 for Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The headline change lets players hide the wooden blowpipe that appears on Edward Kenway’s back, a visual element that many fans found intrusive. The patch also doubles the number of automatic save slots from five to ten and adds a tutorial explaining the in‑game money‑throwing mechanic. Additional fixes address graphics glitches on PC, correct the PSSR upscaling on PS5 Pro, resolve soft‑lock issues, and improve overall stability. Download sizes vary by platform: about 1.8 GB on Steam, 2.03 GB on PS5, 3.7 GB on PC, and a larger 15.2 GB on Xbox Series X/S due to Microsoft’s package structure. The game has sold more than 3.5 million copies in its first two weeks and ranks among the top‑20 titles on Xbox.
