Ubisoft releases free Shadows update, Black Flag Resynced hits Gold status

Ubisoft acknowledged that parts of the original Assassin's Creed Shadows story fell short of player expectations, saying “Alguns elementos não tiveram o impacto que esperávamos.” The studio issued a free "Black Tides" update that adds roughly two hours of new content, including the final mission "Horizon" which links the game’s narrative to the upcoming Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced, expands focus on the Templars and the Isu, and includes numerous Easter eggs.

Ubisoft also confirmed that Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced has reached Gold status, marking the completion of its main development phase. The remake is slated for a July 9 launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. It features a modernized engine with ray tracing, Dolby Atmos sound, overhauled combat, parkour, naval battles, and new historical characters such as Blackbeard and Stede Bonnet, alongside fresh story missions and additional customization options.
