Ñuble Education Ministry seeks to link technical students with local companies

The Regional Ministerial Secretary of Education in Ñuble is working to strengthen the connection between technical-professional (TP) educational institutions and the private sector. Through the Ministry of Education’s ‘Plan Somos TP’ strategy, the initiative aims to bridge the gap between classroom learning and the practical demands of the labor market.

In the Ñuble region, more than 6,300 students are enrolled in technical-professional modalities. Felipe Vogel, the Regional Ministerial Secretary of Education, stated that the goal is to create new links with regional companies so they can engage with students during their training. This approach seeks to ensure that specialized knowledge in fields such as electricity, mechanics, administration, gastronomy, and agriculture is directly applicable to real-world professional environments.
