UBS Arena unveils unconventional new food menu for NHL season
UBS Arena and hospitality partner Delaware North have announced a new menu refresh for the 2026–27 NHL season, featuring several unconventional food items. The most notable addition is a Nerds Gummy Cluster brie grilled cheese, which combines candy and brie inside toasted brioche or sourdough. Executive chef Ted Donnelly noted the idea was inspired by social media and intended to create a viral dining experience.
Another new offering is the Uncrustable pulled pork tostada, consisting of a fried peanut butter and jelly sandwich topped with pulled pork, chopped peanuts, grape jelly barbecue sauce, and scallions. Other menu additions include Rangoon Toast, a Hot Honey and Pork Rind Pimento Cheeseburger, and a South Shore Berry Boba Shake.
General manager Michael Sciortino stated that the new items will be priced comparably to existing concessions. Fans will have their first opportunity to try the new menu during the New York Islanders’ home opener against the New Jersey Devils on October 3.
