UCF women’s soccer to face Brown after FIU match postponement

The No. 13 ranked UCF women’s soccer team is scheduled to play Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, on Sunday. The match is set for a 12 p.m. kickoff at Brown’s Stevenson-Pincince Field.

This upcoming game follows the postponement of UCF’s scheduled match against FIU in Miami. Heavy rainfall and unplayable field conditions at the FIU Soccer Stadium on Thursday night forced the cancellation of the contest. UCF, which holds a 4-0-0 record, will look to maintain its undefeated season against the Ivy League opponent.

UCF enters the matchup led by senior forward Naomi Clark, who recently recorded a hat trick in a 3-1 victory over UAB. Clark currently leads the Big 12 Conference with six goals in four matches.
