UCM. ONE establishes new digital media subsidiary in Austria

UCM. ONE is expanding its international digital presence through the establishment of a new subsidiary, UCM. ONEAT GmbH, based in Vienna, Austria. Scheduled for August 2026, the subsidiary will function as a digital music distribution aggregator under the slogan “Hand made music,” providing worldwide music placement across streaming and download platforms.

The new structure utilizes a two-team approach for support. The Vienna-based team (UCM. ONEAT GmbH) will manage all private individuals, freelancers, and sole traders globally, as well as all corporate clients located in Austria. Meanwhile, the Mannheim-based office (UCM. ONE GmbH) will continue to support international corporate clients and commercial licensors outside of Austria. The Mannheim office will also provide technical support via Daredo GmbH.

Additionally, the company is expanding its film business services in Vienna. While the Berlin-based UCM. ONE GmbH maintains responsibility for B2B licensing to film platforms and global corporate clients, the Vienna office will handle all Austrian companies. The expansion also introduces a new service for the global support of private customers and individual licensors, such as film producers and rights holders, in the field of digital film distribution.
