Ucom CEO discusses digital transformation at regional HR conference

Ucom CEO Ralph Yirikian participated in a panel discussion titled ‘The Role of Digital Transformation’ at the 13th annual regional HR conference, ‘The Price of Leadership.’ The event was organized by the HR Association of Armenia and Cascade People & Business, with Ucom serving as the technological partner.

Yirikian addressed organizational changes, the challenges of implementing new technologies, and the essential role of leaders and people in the digital transition. He emphasized that the true value of digital transformation is not measured solely by invested technology, but by the willingness of people to learn, adapt, and work in new ways.

The conference brought together over 300 professionals, business leaders, and experts from seven countries. Participants discussed talent development, labor market shifts, organizational resilience, and the impact of digitalization on business operations.
