UConn Health to sponsor men’s and women’s basketball jerseys

UConn Athletics has announced a significant expansion of its long-standing partnership with UConn Health. Starting with the 2026-27 season, the UConn Health logo will appear on the home and away uniforms of both the men’s and women’s basketball teams.

This marks the first time in the history of either program that a jersey sponsor will be utilized. While specific financial terms were not disclosed, UConn Athletics described the deal as “among the largest integrated sponsorships in program history.”

The expanded agreement includes jersey branding, group licensing opportunities for student-athletes, digital and social media integration, and ongoing collaboration on community health and wellness initiatives throughout the state. UConn Health currently serves as the primary medical care provider for the university's athletic department.
