UDB celebrates first anniversary in Mabanda, Gabon, emphasizing unity and solidarity

The Union Democratic Builders (UDB) held a delayed celebration of its first anniversary in the municipal market courtyard of Mabanda, Doutsila, Gabon. The event began with an ecumenical prayer session attended by local religious leaders, followed by the official installation of seven neighbourhood delegates and nine village delegates by UDB officials Gildas Nziengui Nziengui and François Nzamba.

Political commissioner Professor Charles Edgar Mombo presided over the ceremony, alongside party companions from the Haute‑Ngongo and Haute‑Dola cantons. Speeches by Victorine Maganga Mihindou and Félicien Moukagni highlighted the need to translate national party directives locally. The gathering also featured a reading of President Brice Clotaire Oligui Nguema’s parliamentary address, reinforcing the party’s core message of “unity, love and solidarity.”
