UDC backs Orazio Saulle for mayor of Ruvo di Puglia

The Union of the Centre (UDC) has officially announced its support for Orazio Saulle’s candidacy for mayor of Ruvo di Puglia ahead of the upcoming municipal elections. Regional coordinator Giuseppe Scagliola said the party chose Saulle because they view him as a competent, responsible leader who can place the community’s interests at the centre of municipal governance.

Saulle greeted the endorsement, thanking Scagliola and city secretary Onofrio Vendola for their confidence. He said the coalition will bring together diverse sensitivities to build a team focused on competence, passion and responsibility, aiming to make Ruvo more efficient, inclusive and closer to its citizens.

The UDC committed to providing expertise and experience to help the city improve services, support families, social initiatives, businesses and volunteer organisations, positioning the partnership as a serious and credible alternative for the town’s future.
