UDEP holds large-scale boxing training session

The Universidad del Deporte del Estado de Puebla (UDEP) held a large-scale boxing training session to promote physical activity among its students and academic community. The event was led by university rector José Luis Sánchez Solá and professional boxer Gaby ‘La Bonita’ Sánchez.

The training focused on developing strength, resistance, coordination, speed, and teamwork. Following the instructional portion, the session included 12 sparring matches involving members of the university's representative boxing team, local youth from Soltepec, and participants from the Huargos Boxing gym.
