Udine launches public tender for Casa della Contadinanza management

The Municipality of Udine has approved guidelines for a public tender to select a new operator for the Casa della Contadinanza, a historic refreshment and meeting point located on Castle Hill.

The current concession is set to expire on December 31, 2026. The new contract is expected to span nine years. The tender aims to enhance the attractiveness and service quality of the site for both residents and tourists while respecting the monument's protected status.

Key criteria for the selection process will include the quality of project proposals, the valorization of the environments, and the integration of food and beverage services with the cultural and touristic activities of the Castle complex. The concession will cover both the ground floor premises and the associated outdoor areas to ensure unified management.
