Udine police dismantle drug trafficking ring in San Rocco park

Carabinieri officers dismantled a drug trafficking operation in the San Rocco district of Udine following reports from local residents regarding suspicious activity in a public park.

Investigators observed a Pakistani national acting as a primary contact, directing customers to two accomplices. The operation revealed a system where the main suspect would retrieve narcotics from a nearby parked vehicle to complete transactions.

During the raid, authorities seized approximately 500 grams of hashish, 20 grams of cocaine, and 50 grams of marijuana, along with cash and mobile phones. The primary suspect was arrested and taken to the Udine prison, while the two accomplices face charges for complicity in drug dealing.
