Udine to host 27th Ein Prosit gastronomy festival in October 2026

The 27th edition of Ein Prosit, an international gastronomy and wine festival, is scheduled to take place in Udine from October 14 to 18, 2026. The event will feature over 90 international chefs and more than 130 to 140 scheduled appointments, including communal dinners, tastings, masterclasses, and workshops.

The festival will expand its presence throughout the city, utilizing restaurants, historic palaces, and public squares in the historic center. A notable addition for the 2026 edition is an increased number of food trucks to offer street food options.

Regional authorities have expressed support for the event, noting its importance as a tool for promoting the Friuli Venezia Giulia region and its local culinary productions to boost tourism. Activities will range from high-end dining experiences to more accessible workshops and mixology sessions.
