Udine to host Ein Prosit culinary festival in October 2026

The Ein Prosit festival will take place in Udine from October 14 to 18, 2026, gathering international chefs to showcase culinary trends and experimental dishes.

Featured Italian participants include three-star chefs Massimiliano Alajmo of Le Calandre and Norbert Niederkofler of Atelier Moessmer. Other notable Italian names include Diego Rossi, Sara Ciccolini, Carlo Cracco, and Corrado Assenza. The event also features international culinary leaders such as Mitsuharu ‘Micha’ Tsumura and Virgilio Martínez from Peru, and Mauro Colagreco from France.

In addition to fine dining, the festival will include pizza specialists like Franco Pepe and Gabriele Bonci, alongside food trucks, wine tastings, and flavor workshops.
