Udinese signs Nicolò Zaniolo to new contract until 2029
Udinese Calcio announced that Italian international forward Nicolò Zaniolo has signed a new contract running until 30 June 2029, with an option for an additional season. The deal resolves a month‑long salary dispute that saw Zaniolo miss pre‑season training. The agreement includes a salary of €1.8 million per year plus performance bonuses, and a clause giving Galatasaray a 50 % share of any future transfer fee.
The club also confirmed the extension of Ivorian defender Hassane Kamara, whose contract now runs to 30 June 2028, securing a key defensive player for the coming seasons. Both renewals aim to provide continuity for Udinese ahead of the Serie A campaign.
Zaniolo expressed his commitment on social media, citing his respect for Udinese and its supporters, while Kamara was praised by the club for his leadership and consistency on the left flank.
