UDLAP presents luxury residences for its 40th Sorteo

The Universidad de las Américas Puebla (UDLAP) has presented the primary prizes for its 40th Sorteo edition. The prizes consist of two luxury residences located in Parque Volcanes, Lomas de Angelópolis III, in Puebla.

The first prize features a residence with 502.028 square meters of land and 575.44 square meters of construction. It is delivered fully furnished and decorated, accompanied by an Audi Q2, an Audi A1, and a 200,000 peso check, totaling a value of approximately 20.87 million pesos.

The second prize includes a residence with 251.152 square meters of land and 365.05 square meters of construction, also furnished and decorated, along with an Audi A1. The total prize pool for this edition of the Sorteo UDLAP exceeds 73 million pesos. The winners will be announced on November 21, 2026.
