UE Tavernes appoints Edu Palomares ahead of Copa del Rey match

UE Tavernes de la Valldigna has announced the return of coach Edu Palomares following the dismissal of Carlos Sapiña. The decision comes just one day after Sapiña was removed, after the team earned only three points in seven league matches, leaving them at the bottom of the standings.

Palomares, who previously led the club for three seasons and won the La Nostra Copa, will lead the team in their upcoming Copa del Rey first-round match against Valencia CF at Mestalla on October 28.

In preparation for the historic fixture, UE Tavernes has announced that ticket sales will begin on October 21. Physical sales will take place at the club's facilities, while online sales will be handled through the Valencia CF official website. To assist supporters, the club and local authorities are organizing free bus services for players, families, members, and fans traveling to the match.
