UEFA approves opening of west stand at Celje stadium

The exception allows the Slovenian champions to host a larger crowd than the standard UEFA requirements for the stadium would typically permit. The club expressed gratitude to UEFA and President Aleksander Čeferin for the approval, noting that the move will facilitate a historic atmosphere for the decisive return leg.
