Turkish clubs finalize 2026-2027 UEFA European competition schedules

Turkish football clubs have finalized their schedules for the 2026-2027 UEFA European competitions. Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe will compete in the Champions League, Beşiktaş in the Europa League, and Trabzonspor in the Conference League.

In the Champions League, Galatasaray begins its campaign against Sporting CP on September 9, with upcoming matches against Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain. Fenerbahçe starts against AS Roma on September 10, facing opponents such as Liverpool and Atletico Madrid throughout the league stage.

Beşiktaş will participate in the Europa League, starting with a home match against Marseille on September 17. Trabzonspor's Conference League journey begins on October 15 with an away match against KuPS.

Beyond competition, the clubs face significant financial stakes. Under UEFA's revenue distribution system, Champions League participants like Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe can earn substantial sums from participation fees, wins, and tournament progression.
