UEM Sunrise reports increased Q2 2026 profit and revenue

UEM Sunrise reported a significant increase in financial performance for the second quarter of 2026. The company’s revenue rose by 74.20 percent, climbing from 347.70 million MYR in the previous quarter to 605.70 million MYR.

Net profit also saw substantial growth, increasing to 46.85 million MYR from 16.20 million MYR in the preceding quarter. The company, which develops residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties in Malaysia and select international markets, has a market capitalization of approximately 2.86 billion to 2.9 billion MYR.

Analysts have provided a 12-month price target for the stock, which is listed on Bursa Malaysia under the ticker UEMS, at an average of 0.73 MYR. Among six analysts surveyed, four maintain a ‘buy’ recommendation and two suggest ‘hold’.
