UFC Edmonton poster unveiled for Buckley vs. Malott

The UFC has released the official poster for its upcoming fight night in Edmonton, Alberta, scheduled for October 17 at Rogers Place. The event is headlined by a welterweight bout between Joaquin Buckley and Mike Malott.

Buckley enters the matchup following two consecutive losses to Sean Brady and Kamaru Usman. In contrast, Malott holds a four-fight winning streak, most recently securing a third-round stoppage against Gilbert Burns.

On the supporting card, Julien Leblanc is set to face Gilbert Urbina. Leblanc, speaking on his upcoming sophomore Octagon appearance, expressed gratitude for the opportunity to compete on Canadian soil despite a difficult debut in Winnipeg where a knee injury impacted his performance.
