UFC fighter Allan Nascimento dies of sudden heart attack

UFC flyweight Allan Nascimento has passed away at the age of 34. Reports indicate that the Brazilian fighter suffered a heart attack in his sleep. Despite attempts by medical teams to revive him, he could not be saved.

UFC President Dana White expressed his condolences, describing the event as a “freak tragedy” and noting that Nascimento’s team and crew were “literally devastated.” Nascimento, a veteran of 29 professional fights, held a 4-2 record within the UFC and had most recently competed two months prior at UFC Vegas 119.

The death has deeply impacted the MMA community, particularly his training partners at the Chute Boxe Diego Lima camp. UFC star Charles Oliveira, who described Nascimento as a “brother,” posted an emotional tribute on social media. Following the news, Oliveira was reportedly unable to proceed with a scheduled fight against Arman Tsarukyan at UFC 331, leading to a change in the event's lineup.
