UFC Gaubitsch receives donations following club fire

The UFC Gaubitsch football club has received significant community support following a devastating fire in July that destroyed its recently renovated clubhouse, canteen, and locker rooms.

Local football officials and organizations from the Weinviertel and Waldviertel regions have donated 2,200 euros in cash and five sets of youth match kits valued at 3,000 euros. Additional equipment was provided by Sparta Deutsch-Wagram, Sispo, and Erima.

Following the fire, a donation drive raised over 20,000 euros, and volunteers have been working to clear debris. The club is currently establishing temporary facilities for concessions, changing rooms, and common areas to resume home match operations as soon as possible.
