White made the comments following recent controversy involving UFC fighter Josh Hokit’s inflammatory remarks about former First Lady Michelle Obama. While condemning the statement, White defended the fighter’s right to free speech and reiterated the UFC’s policy of private charitable support without public ceremonies.
