UFMS advances Law course implementation in Chapadão do Sul

The Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS) has reached a new milestone in the implementation of a Law degree program at its Chapadão do Sul campus. UFMS Rector Camila Ítavo confirmed that the National Bar Association (OAB Nacional) has issued favorable opinions, which have been recorded in the e-MEC system. The process now moves to the Ministry of Education (MEC) for the definition of available student vacancies.

In addition to this academic expansion, the UFMS Chapadão do Sul campus held a graduation ceremony for 30 students completing degrees in Administration, Agronomy, and Forest Engineering, as well as master's graduates in Agronomy. During the ceremony, university officials emphasized the importance of professional responsibility and the role of science and education in national development.
