IFSP announces series of educational webinars and international symposiums

The Instituto Federal de São Paulo (IFSP) is participating in several educational initiatives and events. As a member of the Rede de Apoio ao Ensino Superior (RedAES), the institute will host a webinar on August 27, 2026, focused on the continuous pedagogical training of university professors. The session will feature Professor Maria Antonia Ramos de Azevedo from Unesp, discussing contributions from University Pedagogy to professional development.

Additionally, the IV International Symposium of Education (IV SINTE), organized in partnership with the Associação Comunitária Educacional Cícera Tereza dos Santos (ACECTS), is scheduled for October 22–24, 2026. This online event will explore the role of children as historical and social subjects in building a new society.

The institute is also hosting the Amplifica program, which includes a lecture on August 19 regarding anti-racist education, focusing on how curricula and history can promote equity and combat racism.
