The Uganda Senior Women’s National Team, the Crested Cranes, and the Zambian Copper Queens are set to face each other in the return leg of the 2028 CAF Women’s Olympic Qualifiers. The match will take place on Tuesday, 13 October 2026, at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola, Zambia.
Uganda enters the fixture with a 2-1 advantage following their first-leg victory at Hamz Stadium in Nakivubo. Crested Cranes head coach Firew Hailegebreal Asefa has finalized the traveling squad, which includes players such as Vanessa Edith Karungi, Shadia Nankya, and Phiona Nabbumba.
Zambian forward Rachel Kundananji expressed determination to overturn the deficit, stating that the team is focused on qualifying for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games despite previous disappointments in World Cup qualification.
