UGASA Restaurant Show to hold fourth edition in Santiago

The Unión Gastronómica de Santiago (UGASA) has announced the fourth edition of the UGASA Restaurant Show, scheduled for October 13, 14, and 15, 2026. The event will take place at the UTESA Dominican Convention and Culture Center.

Under the theme “Se conecta, se aprende y se crece” (Connect, learn, and grow), the show aims to strengthen the gastronomic industry by bringing together restaurant owners, suppliers, investors, chefs, and entrepreneurs. Organizers expect approximately five thousand participants, including industry professionals and food enthusiasts.

The three-day program will feature cooking shows, workshops, tastings, conferences, and networking sessions. Darío Núñez, president of UGASA, stated that the event is an opportunity to raise gastronomic standards in Santiago and the country while boosting the local economy and professionalizing the sector.
