Uhm Ki-joon holds first Japanese fan meeting in 11 years

South Korean actor Uhm Ki-joon held his ‘BEHIND THE CURTAIN’ fan meeting in Tokyo, marking his first fan meeting in Japan in 11 years. The event, held over two sessions, hosted approximately 400 fans.

During the event, Uhm shared personal stories and daily life details, including a ‘What’s in my phone’ segment where he showed photos from his mobile device. The program featured acting and emoji challenges, as well as traditional games from both Korea and Japan. In the second session, actor Kim Bum-rae appeared as a guest; the two performers, who have worked together on musicals such as ‘Jack the Ripper’ and ‘Dracula’, performed a duet of the song ‘I am Jack’.

Uhm expressed his gratitude to the fans for creating happy memories after a decade and promised to return soon. His upcoming schedule includes performances in the musical ‘The Days’ in Incheon, Gwangju, and Busan starting in October, followed by the creative musical ‘Majesty’ from late October to mid-November.
