Şuhut district introduces protective foster‑family service model

A program was held in Şuhut, a district of Afyonkarahisar Province, to introduce the Protective Foster‑Family and Temporary Protective Foster‑Family Service Model. The event was led by the district governor, Kaymakam Izzet Cem Eser, and attended by local muhtars, institution heads and public employees.

Officials explained that the model provides a safe, warm and supportive home environment for children who cannot remain with their biological families. They emphasized the societal duty to give hope to every child, urging all community members to support foster‑family services and strengthen cooperation between local representatives and agencies.
