UiPath launches Maestro Flow to orchestrate AI coding agents

UiPath has announced the launch of UiPath Maestro Flow, a developer-first orchestration canvas designed to manage coding agents within enterprise environments. The tool aims to bridge the gap between rapid AI prototyping and production-ready business processes by providing a layer for execution, observability, and governance.

Maestro Flow allows developers to use existing coding agents—such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Codex—to design and run end-to-end processes as a single artifact. This integration enables builders to work within their preferred environments, like VS Code or UiPath Studio, ensuring that prototypes can be deployed into production without the need for rebuilding or re-platforming.

According to Raghu Malpani, Chief Product and Technology Officer at UiPath, enterprises face an orchestration challenge rather than an agent shortage. The platform is designed to coordinate AI agents, robots, APIs, documents, and human workers within a single governed flow. For smaller workloads, the company is also offering UiPath Maestro Lite, a lightweight version tailored to specific operational needs and costs.
