Uiseong County hosts family bonding camp

Uiseong County and the Uiseong Family Center hosted the ‘2026 Family Camp ON Camp’ at the Binggye Ice Valley Campground on the 19th. The event aimed to provide families with a chance to escape daily routines, recharge, and strengthen emotional bonds through shared activities.

A total of 68 members from 17 local families participated in the program. Activities included staying in caravans, watching balloon and bubble shows, participating in family recreation, dancing, and various event games. These programs were designed to facilitate natural communication and interaction among family members.

Uiseong County Mayor Choi Yu-cheol stated that spending time together is a precious opportunity to increase understanding and solidarity within families. The county plans to continue expanding family-friendly programs and support to accommodate various family structures and needs in the region.
