UiTM holds AMU 2026 awards to recognize student leadership

Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) held the Majlis Anugerah Mahasiswa Unggul (AMU) UiTM 2026 to recognize student excellence and leadership. The ceremony featured 36 finalists competing across 12 distinct categories, including leadership, sustainability, community service, volunteerism, arts, sports, and entrepreneurship.

Muhammad Haziq Haikal Mohd Nizam was named the Tokoh Siswa Unggul. Professor Dr Sazili Shahibi, UiTM Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Student Affairs, stated that the awards aim to foster holistic development, ensuring graduates are competitive in both local and international job markets while possessing strong leadership skills and identity.
