UK drug dealers Aminur Choudhury and Abdul Quhhar face court cases

Aminur Choudhury, 50, appeared in Newcastle Magistrates' Court charged with three counts of possessing Class A drugs – MDMA, cocaine and ketamine – with intent to supply. He entered no plea, was released on unconditional bail and is scheduled to appear at Newcastle Crown Court on 25 August.

Abdul Quhhar, 21, of Newport, was convicted in Cardiff Crown Court for operating a drug supply network from a hotel room. Evidence included nitrous‑oxide bottles, cocaine, cannabis and cash. He was sentenced to imprisonment for the supply of Class B and C drugs, including cocaine, cannabis and nitrous oxide.
