UK home care providers receive top industry recognition

Several UK home care providers have received significant industry recognition for service quality. Calida Care Ltd, based in Basingstoke, was named among the top 20 providers in the South East as part of the 2026 Top 20 Home Care Awards organized by homecare.co.uk. The agency was recognized for delivering person-centered care that supports independence and dignity.

In Norfolk, Home Instead achieved a rare national milestone by receiving an ‘outstanding’ rating across all five categories from the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for its Mid Norfolk office. This follows a similar perfect rating for its North Norfolk office earlier this year, making it the only home care owner in the UK to achieve a 5/5 outstanding rating across two franchises. The CQC praised the service for its effective use of technology and industry-leading training programs.
