UK horse racing season features major events at Newmarket, York, and Exeter

The upcoming horse racing season features major events across several United Kingdom venues. At Newmarket, the two-day Future Champions Festival is scheduled, while York hosts its season finale. Additionally, the new jumps season begins at Chepstow with the Welsh Racing Festival.

In Devon, Exeter Racecourse is preparing for the return of racing to Haldon Hill this November. A key highlight is the BetMGM Haldon Gold Cup on November 6, which serves as a significant early-season test for jump racing chasers. The venue has undergone summer improvements, including an overhaul of AP’s Bar, to accommodate racegoers for the upcoming season.
