UK Humanoid Robotics Company Humanoid Secures $152 Million Series A Funding
British industrial robotics firm Humanoid announced a $152 million Series A financing round that valued the company at $1.35 billion post‑money, bringing its total capital raised to $270 million. The round was led by US venture firm Prime Movers Lab with participation from Schaeffler, Bosch, Fubon Financial Holding Venture Capital and Aglaé Ventures, making Humanoid Europe’s first pure‑play humanoid‑robotics unicorn.
The funding will be used to develop and launch the next‑generation humanoid platform, begin beta deployments of wheel‑based robots at customer sites in the fourth quarter of 2026, and start mass manufacturing. Humanoid also aims to expand AI capabilities through its proprietary KinetIQ framework and deepen partnerships with SAP, Nvidia, Bosch, Siemens and others, targeting logistics, manufacturing, retail and other industrial sectors.
