UK packaging industry events to focus on innovation and sustainability

Major packaging industry events are scheduled to take place in the United Kingdom, focusing on sustainability, artificial intelligence, and material innovation.

London Packaging Week is set to convene at Excel London, expecting over 5,700 professionals and 220 exhibitors. The event aims to address industry shifts in regulation and technology, featuring representatives from global brands such as Amazon, Tesco, L'Oréal, and PepsiCo. Various industry organizations, including the British Retail Consortium and the British Plastics Federation, will contribute to the program.

Additionally, the UK Packaging Expo will return on November 10-11, 2026, at the Exhibition Centre Liverpool. The event will host over 120 exhibitors and include the Future Packaging Conference, which features 50 industry experts. Key topics for discussion include the circular economy, smart packaging, IoT integration, and digital transformation.
