UK police charge men over sword at Goole comic con; suspect sought for indecent act at Download Festival

Two men were charged after police were called to the Goole Market Hall during the inaugural Bat Cave Comic Con on August 2. Officers reported a samurai‑style sword and a dagger, and identified Lucas Dickinson, 20, and Jose Estrella, 21, who were each charged with possession of a knife in a public place. Both were released on conditional bail ahead of a court appearance on September 4. No injuries were reported.

Leicestershire Police are searching for a man linked to an alleged indecent act on a Ferris wheel at the Download Festival in Castle Donington on June 13. The suspect, described as shirtless, wearing a silver dog‑tag necklace and large sunglasses, is being sought for questioning after a couple were observed engaging in intimate behavior on the ride while crowds awaited Guns N’ Roses. Police have released an image and are asking the public for information.
