UK police investigate two separate motorcycle collisions
Two separate road collisions involving motorcyclists have occurred in the United Kingdom, prompting police investigations.
On September 2, a collision involving a car, a lorry, and a motorcycle took place on the clockwise carriageway of the M25 between Junctions 12 and 13 in Surrey. A woman in her 20s was taken to the hospital with serious injuries. Surrey Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam or helmet cam footage to assist with their enquiries.
On September 4, a motorcyclist was hospitalized with hip and wrist injuries following a collision with a trailer on the A2 near Gravesend. Kent Police reported that the driver of the vehicle pulling the trailer left the scene before emergency responders arrived. The patient was treated by the South East Coast Ambulance Service and the Kent Surrey Sussex Air Ambulance before being transported to Medway Maritime Hospital. Police are currently working to locate the driver involved in the hit-and-run incident.
