UK property tech firm iamproperty adds 40 jobs as it expands to London

Newcastle‑based property technology company iamproperty announced a recruitment drive for 40 new roles, with further hiring planned later in the year. The firm now employs over 750 staff across the UK.

For the year to 31 October 2025, iamproperty reported a 20 % rise in revenue to £61.2 million and adjusted EBITDA of £17.2 million, up 14 %. Its online auction platform helped estate agents sell properties worth £2.1 billion, an increase from the previous year. Recent strategic moves include the acquisition of The ValPal Network, a partnership with Yopa as a strategic auction partner, and expansion into central London through a collaboration with Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward. Private‑equity investor Perwyn continues to back the company’s growth plans.
